Injectable Facility

The plant has built up area of 35,000 sft. in one and a half acre premises. It is equipped with sophisticated machinery for the production of wide range of injectables, and the complete plant has got the latest version of clean room facility backed up with decentralized clean air-conditioning and ventilation systems to the respective sections. Also equipped with complete automatic lines for powder injectables, Liquid vials & Ampoules in the latest version of clean room facility as per WHO GMP Standards.

Following are the sophisticated manufacturing facilities the plant has acquired:

• Autoline sterile dry powder filling machine(120 Vials per minute)
• Autoline for small volume parentarels (80 Vials per minute)
• Automatic Ampoule filling and sealing machines..
• Automatic Labeling Machine with batch printing device
• The activity of the autoline filling stations are carried out under the laminar air Flow (LAF) units.
• Individual production line has got its dedicated PUF paneled doubled skinned air handling units fitted with terminal HEPA filter down to 0.3 microns levels to ensure perfection.

Betalactum Facility

With the experience of formulating injectables and oral dosages from the last 10 years the company has commissioned a new Beta Lactam with Clavulanic Potassium preparation section in 2010. In this new BetaLactam facility, we have installed the Tablets, Capsules and Dry Syrup lines with the state of art latest machinery & technology. The facility is designed on WHO guidelines in class 1.0 lac area with the arrangement of terminal HEPA 0.3 micron and return air 10 micron filters. Areas are designed with the required temperature and humidity relevant to the Beta lactam preparations i.e. temperature 23+ 2 degree centigrade and Rh 15% to 20% with the support of M/s Bry Air Dehumiditiers and M/sVoltas 108 7v Chiller. The total HVAC designed and installed in such a fashion to maintain the conditions and air changes by M/s Hemair Systems ( I ) Ltd.
